We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vacier pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vacier box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
